Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of cakes and pastries, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the agreed specification, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos and order details).
Each complaint will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and where applicable, a replacement or partial refund may be offered at the discretion of EP Byte Pastries & More.
